ID badge picture requirements

  • Your picture must be a full color professional photo. Dress professionally: no tank tops, muscle shirts, clothing with profane, vulgar graphics or text. This photo will be used for your badge. It is the first thing a school administrator, parent, or teacher will see.
  • Use a white/neutral background
  • Face forward. Do not take diagonal, side angle, or top down angle photos
  • Your camera must be pointed straight in front of you
  • No hats or beanies allowed.
  • You can smile or grin, but please no pouting/duck lips (you know what we mean).
  • Badges will be approved by regional managers before they are made.
