PROGRAM LEADER

PLs are on the front line of our work, providing students with a place of safety and belonging at school.

  • Greet and welcome kids to the program.
  • Lead indoor and outdoor recreational activities. (And play yourself!)
  • Help with homework.
  • Guide a variety of club activities and supervise play.

SITE COORDINATOR

SCs are essential to program success, acting as the bridge between the company and clients we serve.

  • Welcome staff, kids, and parents to the program at the end of the school day.
  • Ensure programs are well-led and that safety is paramount.
  • Coach staff and guide their growth.
  • Check in with school admin and staff to keep programming in sync.
  • Communicate with parents, keeping them updated on programs and their child's well-being.

ADVENTURE GUIDE

Guides provide our kids with lasting memories, inspiring them to step outside their comfort zones and expand their horizons.

  • Teach leadership and life skills with nature as your classroom.
  • Common programs include hiking, biking, kayaking, rock climbing, and team-building activities.
  • On-site adventures include obstacle courses and climbing walls.
